These Terms and Conditions describe the rules that apply when you use PlayGrand services in Canada. They explain the contractual relationship between us and our users, the account-holder responsibilities, and the basic operational rules that govern play, deposits, withdrawals and promotions. Account responsibilities

Acceptable platform use

Users must not use the platform for illegal activity, to manipulate games, to collude or to exploit software errors. Cheating, chargebacks, creating multiple accounts or sharing accounts is prohibited. Automated play using bots or unauthorised third-party software is not allowed. Breaches may result in account closure, confiscation of funds and reporting to relevant authorities.

General bonus and promotion rules

Promotions are subject to specific terms that apply in addition to these Conditions. New-player welcome offers and recurring promotions may require opt-in and a minimum deposit - for some offers the minimum deposit is CA$10. Certain payment methods may be excluded from bonus eligibility. Bonus balances are subject to wagering requirements, game contribution rules and maximum stake limits; failure to comply may lead to voided bonuses and withheld winnings.

Deposits and withdrawals
